While the project wasn’t without it’s hiccups, it is complete. I really appreciate the patience of the residents I worked with over the last few days. They were fantastic to work with and made my job a lot easier. Overall, I thought the contractors did their best to keep our outlots in good shape (they worked hard to not use one asphalt drop spot, and they took measures to protect our curbs by creating a little ramp with rock, then cleaned it up), and we obtained close to the best result possible. The software prevented me from sending out as many pictures as I’d like, but there is one attached.
I have added two items related to the path for the 2025 budget for the board to consider. The first is paving one of the final paths (the one off Breaker’s Rock that heads downhill NNW), and the second is filling in along the edges of the path with either grass or some sort of rock/gravel as a 2025 budget item for the board to consider.
